"Kaskad-Telecom" was established in 1998. The core of the company's personnel was formed by highly experienced specialists who came from "Kaskad", a powerful technological association which in former Soviet Union held monopolistic position in installation of various telecommunication equipment.
From the time of foundation of our company we participated in developing of large-scale projects, such as Gazprom's Technological Communication Network and Data Transmission Network in Russia. Our company performed considerable amount of installing, testing and commissioning of telephone exchanges, multiplexers, radio microwave and trunked radio systems etc.
At present time our main business is:
• construction of mobile telecommunication switching nodes (MSC, BSC, HLR etc.);
• construction of base stations on turnkey basis;
• construction of data transmission backbones (SDH, DWDM etc.).
We work for such Ukrainian mobile operators as "Kyivstar", "Life", UMC and others.
The main property of our company is our personnel which includes veterans, who have more than 15 year experience in telecommunications sphere, along with young people, who are keeping step with progress and promptly mastering technological innovations. A large group of our engineers successfully completed training courses and were certified at Ericsson's and Huawei's training centers.

Altyn Asyr Project in Turkmenistan In the period from March to May 2011 "Kaskad-Telecom” has been involved in the project Altyn Asyr (Golden Age) in Turkmenistan. The project was supposed to deploy a telecommunications network based on Nokia Siemens Networks equipment and its integration with the existing Huawei and Siemens networks.
